New Rentee/Non coser fee
The new rentee/non coser fee is an additional fee to (I) new rentees who are renting for the FIRST TIME in our shop. (II)
The non coser fee will be a permanent fee to NON COSERS only.
No Assurance Fee for Cosplayers
There is no Assurance fee for cosers or cosplayers but they will have to provide atleast 2 proof of successful transaction
or the FB link to their cosplay account in order to avail our No Assurance Fee Promo.
Minor Rentees
Minors starting from 15 years old and below are prohibited to rent from our shop. We will only accept minor rentees starting from 16 to 17 years old that are COSPLAYERS ONLY.
No Meet-ups or Walk-ins
For the safety of our own privacy and to avoid the chances of doxxing, there will be strictly no meet-ups nor walk-ins even if you insist on going.
Personal accs/Cos accs only
We do not encourage nor entertain any rentees who will inquire or rent using their dump, dummy, alternate or face accounts. Hence we highly encourage rentees to use their cosplay or personal accounts when transacting.
Perfumes and Colognes
To preserve the condition of the cosplay. Do not spray alcohol or perfume directly to the leathered parts of the costume. We highly advice to our rentees to use perfume/cologne instead on the vital points.
Unsanitary Fees
Unsanitary fees refer to the additional charges incurred due to the presence of any of the following conditions in the rented full cosplay set: -Wet costume, stains, wig accessories, or personal items not included -Unpleasant odor emanating from the costume set. -Unhygienic use of the rented full cosplay set.
Unsanitary use
Any costume set found to have stains, including but not limited to blood stains(e.g. period stains) or evidence of body secretions (such as saliva, semen, phlegm, bile, vomit, urine, stool, or discharge), will be automatically sold to the sarenter. This policy is implemented due to the risk of fomites, which are inanimate objects capable of carrying infections or diseases.
Sanitary Policy
-Failure to adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards poses serious health risks not only to our staff members but also to our future clients, especially those who may be immunosuppressed or have compromised immune systemns. -It is strongly advised to wear undergarments, sanitary pads, or the provided panty liners when using the rented cosplay set to maintain hygiene and prevent any potential contamination. -Renters are solely responsible for any damages or additional charges incurred due to unsanitary conditions found in the rented cosplay set
Proof of Receiving the Set
Rentees are required to send a photo/video of unboxing the cosplay (after and before returning the cosplay). The admin will also send photos and videos of the set before shipping and receiving it. This is to ensure that the condition of the cosplay that was shipped is in the same condition (before and after use).
Additional Fees/For Outside Luzon Rentees
For any rentees outside of Luzon, there will be an additional fee or surcharge of 50% OF THE RENTAL FEE (Ex. 400 rental fee = 200 surcharge). Due to longer shipping times, resulting into a loss of revenue during those dates, hence this charge is necessary.
Rescheduling Fee
There will be a rescheduling fee of 100 pesos if you wish to change dates of your scheduled rental dates. (This only applies if you wish to reschedule your rental dates 3 to 7 days before your scheduled rental dates. If you wish to reschedule a day before shipping the cosplay, this will result as a cancellation and payment will not be refunded)
